Oat flour Crêpes!

Do you buy healthy foods that you don't eat then? I do, and oatmeal is one of those.
So my question was "what can I do with the oatmeal now?". The answer came quickly: "you can transform oatmeal into flour and make Crêpes!". Let's do it, it's so easy and quick.
With the food processor, transform oatmeal into flour. The same process can be used with rice to make sweets or cakes.
Once the flour is ready (few seconds) you can put in a bowl around
50 gr. of oatmeal flour,
1 egg,
10 gr of sugarcane,
100 ml of milk and a pinch of salt.
Stir well and let it set for around 30 minutes in the fridge.

In a 20cm pan put some butter to grease it, and then place 2/3 spoons of the crepes mixture and cook it until the crepe is done.
With this mixture you can obtain around 6 crepes according to the size of the pan you use.

Once the crepes are ready, you can eat them with some marmelade (as I did) or with chocolate or some fruits. It's up to you.

I will aslo try a salted version of these delicious crepes!

Bye Bye!
